Currently we are seeking qualified candidates for the following open position:

Mechanical/Structural (Engineering Mechanics) Engineer for a variety of tasks including design, stress analyses, materials engineering, CADD, root cause analysis of equipment failures, and help with marketing.

The successful candidate will also play a key role in new product R&D including design, prototyping, fabrication, assembly and testing. The position is very challenging and requires an individual who is sharp, motivated, efficient, and a team player.

The following are key areas of requirements for this position:

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a mechanical/structural engineer;
• Minimum of BS degree in ME or Civil/Structural (MS preferred - Ph.D. accepted);
• Knowledge/experience with finite element analysis (experience with Algor software preferred);
• Knowledge/experience with piping design and engineering;
• Knowledge/experience with structural design and analysis;
• Knowledge/experience with 2D and 3D CAD (AutoCAD and Solidworks preferred);
• Knowledge of machining, fabrication techniques, assembly, and testing for mechanical parts;
• Mechanical PE from the State of California preferred;
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
